Rhema Conference 2019 Vendor Registration Form

I agree to participate as a vendor at the Rhema Conference at Redeeming Love Missionary Baptist Church. The conference will take place May 21 – 24, 2019. Leadership Academy start at 6:00PM, vendors may arrive at 4:30PM, to setup. I understand there is a $100.00 fee required to participate. All participating vendors will be reserved one table and two chairs. Additional tables and chairs must be requested in advance, for a small fee.

All payments must be made through Givelify or make checks payable to: Redeeming Love Missionary Baptist Church. All payments must be received no later than April 19, 2019. All agreements must be signed and returned with payment. Payments will not be accepted on the day of the event. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it. We reserve the right to censor any booth.
