Taurian Parham

Minister of Music

Taurian A. Parham is the Minister of Music at Redeeming Love Missionary Baptist Church and has served in this capacity since January 2019. Under the leadership and vision of Dr. Gibson, Taurian continues to strive to enhance the music ministry implementing different styles of gospel music to reach the masses within and outside of the church walls. From hymns to spirituals, from anthems to contemporary music.

 
Taurian is a native of Zebulon, NC and began his musical pilgrimage at the historic Wakefield Missionary Baptist Church, Inc. where he served as Music Director for a number of years under the tutelage of the late Mrs. Anne Raeford Pearce. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in Vocal Performance from Shaw University and he also plans to further his education to obtain his Masters in Divinity in the near future. With his earned degree, Taurian became a classically trained singer and implements what he has learned coupled with the Holy Spirit to get the best out of those who are willing to serve! Taurian has served in many other capacities musically or otherwise:

He is the proud son of Regina Parham and a proud nephew, great nephew, cousin, godson, godfather, brother and friend to a host of family and friends whether by blood or by God’s divine design. 

 
The scripture Taurian lives by when i comes to music is Colossians 3:16, “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; teach and admonish one another in all wisdom; and with gratitude in your hearts sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs to God.”
